ChildInfo Tunisia
From di Wiki
ChildInfo Tunisia is a database system containing key data on the situation of children in Tunisia. It also has an online version, which was launched online in March 2009 by the Ministry of Women's Affairs, Family, Children and the Elderly and the Center for Information, Training, Documentation and Study for the Protection of Child Rights.
A customized adaptation of DevInfo 5.0, ChildInfo Tunisia includes more than 350 child-related indicators across various sectors, including health, education, protection, sports and leisure. The data is disaggregated where available by gender, age, and location.
ChildInfo Tunisia allows for the dissemination of reports and the production of statistical tables, maps and graphs. As such, it contributes to data analysis and decision making through objective assessments.
Following the collaboration of different organizations operating in the area of children and with the support of an inter-departmental committee, the Center for Information, Training, Documentation and Study for the Protection of Child Rights collects and augments the database with data on the situation of children in Tunisia.
