Database Administration Reports

The Reports module in DevInfo Database Administration helps you to generate useful summary information for a DevInfo 5.0 database. Such reports help you to document the database contents, compare two databases, and validate each data value in the database.
Reports module provides you with the options of:
1. Summary Report: This provides a comprehensive summary of the database contents and the elements. Summary Report also provides you with useful summary documentation of the database that can be filed for future reference.
2. Comparison Report: This option compares the selected database with a reference database. It generates a report in MS Excel workbook listing the inconsistencies in the target database elements. Comparison Report is a useful option to compare two versions of the same database and locate the differences.
3. Range Check Report: This reports the Indicator-Unit-Subgroup combinations with data values that deviate from the specified range. Range Check Report is useful to validate the data values entered in the data entry module. It compares the data values with the Minimum and Maximum values specified for each Indicator-Unit-Subgroup combination.
