User profiles in DevInfo

The Users module in DevInfo Database Administration provides you with options to manage user profiles for DevInfo databases located on server. You can add new users and set database access rights to control access to open database online.

Managing the User profile involves two steps.

In Step 1, you can select the database. You must know the User Name and Password to access the database.

In Step 2, you can add new users, modify existing ones, and track their access history. You can grant rights to the user for any or all data elements of Source, Time, and Data. You can also grant admin rights to the user. With admin rights, the user can modify any DevInfo database located on the specified server.
