Areas being displayed at incorrect locations

The following requirements must be met while using shape files within DevInfo:

1. ID_ and NAME1_ fields should be available in the .dbf file:
ID_ field defines the association between the area defined in the database and shape file geometry.

2. The values for ID_ field should be unique.

3. DevInfo follows the "Lat/Lon; Clark 1866 Lat/Lon, Degrees, -180 ==> +180" projection system. This projection system must be maintained.

More details are available in DI 6.0 Digital Mapping Technical Note under Documentation at http://devinfo.org/di_documentation.html
