| The vision of the Centre for Sustainable International Development (CSID) is to make a significant contribution to the sustainable achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and other |
international development targets. CSID seeks to accomplish this by raising awareness about sustainable international development amongst University staff and students, providing strategic direction for the work of the University, and maximising existing expertise. Based on these, the Centre actively promotes coordinated and supported knowledge exchange activities, enabling the University to leverage funds to support activities in low and middle income countries. The CSID database is intended to support the Centre’s efforts to accomplish these goals and objectives.
